My hot spot isn't connecting.

These are some things to try if the hot spot you checked out from the library isn't connecting to the internet.

Should it not connect?

  • Unplug device (Keep Power On)
  • Take the back cover off of the device
  • Holding the device horizontally (At bottom center is the wording: ("Reset")
  • Take an open-ended paperclip (or similar to)
  • Press and hold for 15 seconds.
  • After removing the paperclip, the front panel should read: ("Factory Reset”)
  • After it have reset itself
  • Attempt to connect once again to the WIFI
