My hot spot isn't connecting.
These are some things to try if the hot spot you checked out from the library isn't connecting to the internet.

Should it not connect?
- Unplug device (Keep Power On)
- Take the back cover off of the device
- Holding the device horizontally (At bottom center is the wording: ("Reset")
- Take an open-ended paperclip (or similar to)
- Press and hold for 15 seconds.
- After removing the paperclip, the front panel should read: ("Factory Reset”)
- After it have reset itself
- Attempt to connect once again to the WIFI
